My huge announcement and how to get free fitness stuff!
In today’s email:
An update on my new programme AND
I’ll let you know about a lot of free fitness stuff that’s coming your way.
We are rebranding our programme - the "Elite-14" body transformation programme will retire and in its place will be "Thrive.”
We're taking all of the awesome stuff from that programme and updating, upgrading and repackaging.
While it is a weight loss programme at its core, we've seen the additional impact it can have.
Confidence, energy, mood and motivation.
It's more than a "body" transformation - more like "body" and "mind".
And I couldn't think of a better way to capture the idea of what we do than “thrive.”
Ok great, but what about the free fitness stuff?
With this rebrand comes a shift in gears for our marketing.
We've set one target for the whole team.
"Help as many people as possible".
That doesn't just mean our clients.
We've seen that our best-performing marketing campaigns are always built around helping people, not about hitting a sales target.
So, the big project at the moment is upgrading our existing free training videos and guides and adding some awesome new content.
Helping as many people as we can.
Some of those people will then be interested in our programme.
And all of them will have been helped in some way.
These freebies will cover nutrition, training and motivation.
We are happy to share as much knowledge as we can.
People sign up for the programme for accountability, structure, and 1:1 support to put this information into practice.
So, I mean it when I say we will share as much information as possible to help as many people as possible.
As we release new stuff, I’ll keep you guys informed via email, so watch out for that 👀
